clean, clean, clean
I felt completely at ease knowing the beds were clean and bed bug free . The staff was supportive, going out of their way to help me practice my French. Plus, the convenience of being able to leave my luggage before check-in meant I could explore right away!
strongly recommend 😊❤️

A beautiful property, neat, good location very near to public transport. The staff is pleasant, that's an advantage. Its rooms are exceptionally clean with a balcony overlooking the Gare du Nord and an excellent bed, as for instance. Thanks, I liked my really nice stay and will come back.

Consider dining at nearby La Catrina for good value meals. It's a short walk from the hotel.

The location as its just in front of the train station
Dirty and very small bathroom...definitely needs some cleaning...toilet roll half used when we checked in..walls are vandalised and not repaired...room smells very ancient (they should buy an air freshner)...bed is very old and creaky...no pillows unless you request and once you get it its not even a proper pillow...no proper duvet or warm blanket as it is very cold during this month! Staff not so friendly...i am a frequent traveller and this is the WORST hotel ive been to...shouldnt even be considered as a hotel.,.ive been to paris before and the previous hotel ive stayed in is way much better for a little extra...so many more hotels to choose from around the area

It was next to Gare du Nord.
My room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Ceiling of the bathroom covered in black mould. I was travelling alone and felt unsafe. Very noisy.

Location right across from Gare du Nord made getting around Paris super easy. The room was clean and had a nice modern bathroom. I loved the spaciousness and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast included at the nearby hotel was decent, offering basic continental options. The street noise kept me awake at night. The lobby could have used more upkeep. It had a bit of an odor. Some amenities, like a kettle and iron, had to be requested from the front desk. Despite the minor drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable and affordable.

Just in front of Gare du Nord - definitely easy to reach Paris with different transportation modes
The old heater and the aircon can not even warm the room. The elevator is too small and able to bring only one people with a luggage at once

The location because it is located right in front of the train station where we have to take our train for London.
It's a very old building and the carpets are torn and has a smell of dirt. The bathroom is quite big but the room is so small. Some space of the bathroom should have been useful to expand the space of the room. The floors squake everytime you make a movement. The hotel needs a major renovation.

Nothing at all. Even the location was very bad, because of the noise of the train station.
it was the worst hotel I had ever been. Very dirty, old, all the people in the hotel seems to be very mad. There was a bad smell all over the hotel.

Hotel Richmond is excellently located near Gare du Nord and Metro. Although breakfast is served in a cave, it was of good quality and the staff was friendly.
As often in France, the bed was too soft and bends to the center, so a couple always rolls against each other. Which may be romantic, but not contributing to a good night rest.
